Ingredients

  • 1 head of garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the outermost papery layers of the garlic head, but leave the head intact.
  3. Slice off the top portion of the garlic head, exposing the individual cloves.
  4. Place the garlic head in the air fryer basket, cut-side up.

  6. Let the garlic cool slightly before squeezing the roasted cloves out of their skins.
