- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup organic raisins
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup flour (use your choice - whole wheat, oat, or gluten-free blend)
- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
