Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup organic raisins
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour (use your choice - whole wheat, oat, or gluten-free blend)
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cooked quinoa, chia seeds, and raisins.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the agave syrup, coconut sugar, soy milk, flour, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting them into 12 equal-sized bars.
